It comes with 3 inch capacitive touch screen with HVGA screen resolution and powered by Qualcomm scorpion 1 GHz processor with 512 MB RAM. Xperia Mini Pro runs on Android Gingerbread OS out of the box however now Android ICS update is available for this model. Users can update the OS of  Xperia mini Pro to ICS through Sony PC  suite.This makes this small yet powerful phone one of the most affordable Android ICS running smartphone.
It also features full sized 4 row sliding QWERTY keypad.  Other phones with similar features such as Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus, Motorola defy Plus or Motorola Defy XT all runs on  Android Gingerbread OS and  even though they have 1GHz processor with 512MB RAM.
